mmk9 Terms & Conditions

mmk9 is a platform providing online gaming and sports betting services for players in Myanmar. The terms set out in this agreement ("Agreement") cover the mmk9 website, mobile application, and all related services.

By accessing this website, opening an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, and agree to follow each of them. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• To open an account, the player must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under age is strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.
• Each player may only open one account at a time. Duplicate accounts will be blocked and access to funds may be restricted.
• All information entered on the registration form — name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and belong to the player personally.
• mmk9 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. If the request is not fully responded to, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 Account Security

• Players must keep their account login details (username/password) confidential.
• It is strictly prohibited for a third party to access your account or for you to lend your account to anyone else.
• If you notice any suspicious access to your account, contact mmk9 customer service immediately.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is complete.
• Players can only withdraw via the same payment method used for their deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• mmk9 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal during an ongoing review.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmk9 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw, you must wager the bonus amount: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
• Deposit 620,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 920,000 Ks to play with. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirement

• Wagering requirement — bonus amount × 20 times.
• The wagering contribution from bonus funds may vary by game type; see the terms of each individual bonus for the exact percentages.
• Players who have not yet met the bonus wagering requirement cannot withdraw any bonus balance.
• mmk9 may void a bonus if it determines that the bonus was exploited through connection drops, collusion, or technical errors.

4.3 VIP Program

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
• mmk9 reviews each player's activity history to determine tier upgrades; no fixed wagering amount is specified.

5.1 Game Results and Winners

• Winnings will be credited to your account after game results, football match outcomes, and live casino wins have been verified.
• mmk9 has the authority to review and make a final decision on any game affected by a technical server error.
• Requests to cancel a game after it has started will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the game type.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion — intimidation or coercion of any kind
• Bonus Abuse — opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses
• Arbitrage Betting — placing cross-market bets to guarantee a profit
• Using bots or tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay
• Deposit or withdrawal patterns that may be considered money laundering

If any of the above violations are found, mmk9 may immediately suspend the account, void bonuses, and freeze any remaining balance.

Personal data provided by players during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is protected by SSL encryption and will only be used for legitimate purposes. We will not share any data with third parties unless the player has given their consent.

• Players may request to update or delete their personal data at any time.
• When data is deleted, financial transaction records may still be retained for a legally required period.

• mmk9 is not responsible for player losses — players are understood to be aware that gaming carries the risk of financial loss.
• mmk9 will not be held responsible for issues arising from server outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Delays caused by third-party service providers (payment services) are outside mmk9's control.

Any dispute relating to these terms will be addressed through mutual discussion between the player and mmk9. Please contact customer service first to resolve the matter through negotiation.

• If negotiation fails, we will attempt to resolve the issue through neutral third-party mediation.
• mmk9 commits to cooperating in good faith in any formal dispute process.

mmk9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Major changes will be announced on the website before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

• The date amendments take effect will be shown in the "Last Updated" section.
• If players are unhappy with any amendments, they may contact customer service to close their account; no unfair loss will result from doing so.
